A Sum of Rs. 3000/- to be submitted by each Co-worker (firm) at the time of registration . It is a one time fee and it will be for life time.
A 30 day written notice should be provided by each Co-worker prior to vacating the space.
ID and Residence proof of each Co-worker (firm owner) is required at the time of registration.
Passport Size photos of each employee of all firms must be submitted.
Only one person is allowed to sit on each computer system.
Starthub Nation will not provide any computer system/laptop unless agreed.
Time scheduling of all employees should be strictly followed and reported.
Any special employees/partner visiting the space should be reported to the admin.
All the hiring and firing should be reported to the admin.
Any special event to be hosted in the conference room should be reported at least 5 days prior.
Usage of meeting rooms should be done when needed.
Starthub Nation will not be responsible for any third party raid on any firm. Eg: Income tax Department, Service Tax Department or any organization claiming it’s virtual property.
